Rob Novick, LCSW graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a Bachelors degree in Psychology. He received his Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas in Arlington, graduating first in his class. Since then, he has achieved the highest licensure offered by the state of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). In addition, Rob is a State-approved supervisor to train other social workers.
Rob Novick is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has practiced extensively in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area for over 25 years in hospital settings, outpatient clinics, and private practice. Rob's professional focus has been working with adults, couples, and families dealing with depression, anxiety, and severe mental illness (schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder), as well as those coping with age-related disorders such as dementia.
Rob also assists those who find it difficult to cope with vocational and relational stressors of daily life, as well as those who serve as caregivers for loved ones with chronic illness or special needs.
Additionally, since 2014, Rob has served as the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Director for the Texas Rangers Baseball team, working regularly with players, coaches, and staff.
Rob provides supervision to graduates from Masters programs and gives back in his local community through volunteerism.
